Ltd is a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal.The Company is situated in Plot No.30C, within the Dabgram Industrial Growth Centre, which falls in Jalpaiguri District, West Bengal. The Company is represented by three directors one from Siliguri, West Bengal and two from Guwahati, Assam.

The company started its production in the year 2015 with its brand name Tirupati and the main objective of the company is to manufacture and dealing in Injection Moulded Household Plastic Products. The company was initially set up with three Injection Moulding Machines with an installed capacity to process 6 lakh kgs of plastics annually from Virgin plastic granules. At present the company has added 2 more Injection moulding machine thus increasing its install capacity to process 9 lakh kgs of plastic annually. With the association with V-Guard Industries Ltd, one of the premier brand name in the country, the company has also added one more achievement in its kitty. The company has market base mainly in North Bengal, Kolkata, Sikkim, Bihar and North Eastern region.
